Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the rules that apply to your access to and use of the Cloudex AI Trader iOS application (the "App") and the services available through it. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the App. The App is an AI-powered trading assistant designed to help users better understand financial markets and investment-related concepts through educational content, market information, and analytical tools.

1. Using the App

1.4 Limited license

Provided that you comply with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license grants only the right to use the App and does not transfer ownership of the App or its content. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access.

1.5 App updates

From time to time, the App may be updated or modified to improve its functionality, security, or performance. Some updates may be installed automatically. Continued use of the App following the implementation of any updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated version of the App.

The information made available through the App, including market information, AI-generated explanations, analytical tools, and educational content, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be regarded as financial or investment advice, nor as a recommendation to purchase, sell, or enter into any investment transaction. No representation or warranty is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any investment-related information available through the App. Any investment decision is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or other consequences arising from your reliance on the information presented within the App.

The App may include information or services provided by independent third-party providers. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content or services. Any interaction with such providers is governed by their own terms and policies.

3. Intellectual property

4.2 Deleting your account

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Once a valid request has been received, we will take reasonable steps to deactivate your account and remove the associated personal information from our active systems within a reasonable period.

If your information has previously been shared with independent third-party partners, it will continue to be processed in accordance with their own policies. We do not control the data practices of those third parties.

5. Validity of these Terms

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
